We do not share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals unless it is reasonably necessary obtain products and / or provide services that you have requested or in response to legal process or governmental requests or applicable laws and regulations. We take care to ensure that the information you give us is protected, and use and maintain appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and data. We do not sell or otherwise share your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Client Testimonials:
Testimonials are based on individual results and may not be representative of the experience of other clients. Additionally, they are not indicative of future performance or success. Information for the testimonial is given at the client’s discretion. Once a testimonial receives client approval, the information disclosed will be made public and can be used in publications, advertisements, marketing materials and other forms of communication thereafter. We do not offer compensation of any kind for testimonials.
Cookies/IP Address:
IP Addresses and “Cookies” contain small amounts of information saved to a web browser once a web page is accessed. Such information remains on our servers for a minimal amount of time and is then removed. This information may be used to generate statistics on user demographics such as the user’s location or usage of our web pages.

By exchanging e-mails with us, our affiliates or employees, a client understands and agrees that any information disclosed may be shared with other employees to (i) to obtain supplemental information benefiting the client or (ii) for educational purposes.

By registering for an e-mail Subscription, you agree that your basic information (e.g. Name, e-mail address) be provided for one or more of our mailing lists. This information is not sold or given to third-parties for marketing purposes. A client/user is free to unsubscribe and withdraw this information at any time by opting out or contacting us via email.
Social Media:
By participating, Following, “Like”-ing or connecting to one of our social media pages (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) you waive all rights in respect of posted content, (e.g. text, imagery, etc.) your likeness and your basic profile information to be used publicly. This includes but is not limited to media kits, campaigns, advertisements and other forms of media associated with us and our affiliates. Messages sent through private channels (i.e. Direct Messages, Facebook Messages, LinkedIn Inbox) are privately used and only made known to employees managing the social media pages and/or any employees/parties able to provide assistance or feedback. Third-party posts found on our profiles do not reflect the views of our company, its associates or affiliates, and have not been reviewed by us as to accuracy or completeness. Material and opinions voiced on our affiliated social media profiles are for general information only and are not intended as a specific recommendation or advice for any individual(s). Individuals who want to determine what is appropriate should contact us.

It is sometimes necessary for us to share client information with third-parties in order to further assist a client or provide a service. In such circumstances, we will inform you of what information is being disclosed and why.

We comply with law enforcement personnel, the United States government and its court systems. If a client’s information is necessary for a legal process, investigation of a crime or any other matter affecting the well-being of others, we will surrender such information upon proper paperwork and warrants completed by the law offices, courts and/or law enforcement units.
