Form 5500 Reporting

​We make filing a Form 5500 easy. We provide the client’s name and EIN to our filing service, who downloads the prior year’s filing from the DOL database, and request updates from the client or the client's broker, consultant, or accountant. 
​
Our filing service prepares the Form 5500 based on the updated information and sends it to the Plan Administrator for approval.
​
Upon review and approval, either the Plan Administrator electronically signs the Form 5500 and forwards it for filing, or our filing service electronically signs the Form 5500 based on the proper delegation of authority from the Plan Administrator and electronically files the Form 5500.
Our filing service obtains confirmation of successful filing and provides it to the Plan Administrator.
